If you could not attend the eProcurement Town Hall Meeting on May 4, another is being held on May 19.  This is not a training, but an opportunity to see a preview of the new system, ask questions and give input.

PLEASE NOTE: this meeting includes the same content as the May 4 ePro Town Hall Meeting.  If you attended on May 4, you do not need to attend.  If you have further questions from the May 4 meeting, please send them to

Starting this winter you’ll use the new eProcurement system to:

  • Pay for purchases of goods less than $5,000 (similar to the check request system)
  • Order from vendor catalogs (similar to eCommerce)
