Effective immediately, the Office of State Budget and Management has lifted the State freeze that went into effect on July 24. There is one remaining requirement. All travel and compensation adjustments from State funds must be pre-approved by the department head. This provision was added because the Governor wants to make sure the department head is aware of and approves a trip or compensation adjustment in advance of the action. Best, Roger
