We have developed a form to aid you in submitting requests for approval of your continuing education (non-credit) programs, summer programs and conference services. This issue is addressed in number eight (8) of the “Other Non-Personnel Expenses” section of the Revised Emergency Guidelines issued April 21.
Please remember to include all programs for which expenses must be paid from April 9 through June 30, 2009. Also make sure you specifically state in the program description section that you will ensure attendees will not pay with state funds. Submissions should be sent to Laurie Burroughs at laurie_burroughs@unc.edu. If you have questions, please email or call Laurie at 919-843-8399.
