We have developed a form to aid you in submitting requests for approval of your continuing education (non-credit) programs, summer programs and conference services. This issue is addressed in number eight (8) of the “Other Non-Personnel Expenses” section of the Revised Emergency Guidelines issued April 21.
Please remember to include all programs for which expenses must be paid from April 9 through June 30, 2009. Also make sure you specifically state in the program description section that you will ensure attendees will not pay with state funds.
