The Finance Division of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill will sponsor a continuing professional education (CPE) course entitled Professional Ethics and Conduct from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. on April 24, 2008, at the Friday Center, in the Bellflower AB room. The course will be limited to 50 participants.

This course meets the NC State Board requirement for all North Carolina CPAs to complete a two-hour group study course on professional ethics and conduct [Rule 8G410 Professional Ethics and Conduct]. The course includes the professional standards, discussion of ethical theory and ethical situations and case studies on ethical situations.

The instructor will be Tim Kennedy, CPA of Eagle CPE. Two hours of Continuing Professional Education credit will be awarded for this course.
The fee for the class is $40, which includes the continental breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund registration fees regardless of when cancellation notice is received.

The Finance Division is now using an online registration for this course. To register for this course and make arrangements for payment, please go to https://apps.research.unc.edu/events/index.cfm. Browse by sponsor name, “Finance Training”, and click on the CPE class. Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail.

We look forward to your participation.
