From: Payroll Services, TIM Support and ITS Change Management Team

TIM will be updated to a version that is Flash-free this weekend. After the update, users will no longer be prompted to run Flash.
For employees, there will be no change to the way in which they use TIM, everything will operate the same.

TIM Managers and Administrators will use a different link in TIM to open their own timecards. Attached is a TIM Managers and Administrators- Accessing Personal Timecard showing the new navigation for your reference. The ‘Accessing Your Timecard’ section in the TIM Manager and Administrator manual online will reflect this change after TIM has been updated.

A planned outage is scheduled for about 12 hours, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, October 17.

During the outage:

  • Badges terminals will still operate and employees may swipe in and out.
  • Time Stamps and Teletime will not be accessible during the outage. Employees should keep a record of their times in and out worked during the outage and provide them to their TIM Manager or Administrator for manual entry on Monday, October 19.
  • Employees who enter their times worked in their timecards may do so on Monday, October 19.

Please contact 962-HELP (4357) for assistance with all technical issues related to TIM.
