Subject: Unexpected TIM Outage

At 11:00 a.m., ITS detected a problem with TIM. Users may not be able to log in. The technical support group is working to resolve the issue. Another communication will be sent out as soon as the issue is resolved.

Employees using Badge Terminals should continue to swipe in and out for worked hours during the outage.

We apologize any inconvenience this may cause.
