Due to unforeseen challenges encountered this weekend, the upgrade to the University’s TIM (Time Information Management) system will NOT take place as planned on Monday, Oct. 24, 2016. Further information on when the upgrade will occur will be forthcoming. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

TIM is back online now. Employees, Managers, and TIM Administrators can access TIM the same way they did on Friday before the outage.

Next Steps

  • Managers or TIM Administrators will need to enter the times in and out worked during the outage for employees that use TimeStamp or TeleTime.
  • Times in and out captured in badge terminals were unfortunately removed during the outage. We were able to run time detail reports that reflect the times captured in the terminals on Saturday Oct. 22 and today, Oct.23. These will need to be entered manually in employees’ timecards in TIM. We will be emailing the reports to TIM Administrators of those departments on Monday.
  • Employees that enter their time in TIM may log in and enter any hours worked or leave taken during the outage.
  • The historical edits feature has been turned on again for TIM Administrators.

For your reference, the following communication is being sent to all employees today as a Formal Notice-
