The Workforce Strategy, Equity and Engagement Division, in conjunction with Student Affairs, sponsors the Tar Heel Tribute each year. This event is held to thank Carolina’s veterans and military-affiliated students, faculty and staff for their service to our country.
This year, we are asking a variety of campus organizations and groups to tangibly thank our veterans by signing a banner that we will display at the Tribute event next Thursday, Nov. 10. The banner is in the OHR reception area on the first floor of AOB today and we hope you will stop by to sign the banner and add your name to the list of those who appreciate the efforts and sacrifices of our veterans and their families.
