As communicated in a March 24 memo, the removal of labor encumbrances from ConnectCarolina and InfoPorte for the period March 1 forward occurred last week. However, historical encumbrances for periods prior to March were not removed and processed through to InfoPorte. The team is planning to remove labor encumbrances for these closed periods over the weekend and then the labor encumbrances will be fully removed from ConnectCarolina and viewable in InfoPorte by Monday, April 6.
