Happy Holidays from the University Cashier! Below find information about making departmental deposits during the Winter Break and our business hours:
Deposit Drop-Off
Please submit deposits via our after-hours night depository located outside of SASB North near the rear loading dock (or directly to our office during the holiday hours listed below). Deposits received via the drop box by noon on Dec. 30 will be processed in December 2013.
Credit Card Deposits
If your department will be closed for part or all of the next few weeks and currently accept credit cards online, please be aware that credit card deposits must continue to be processed throughout the semester break. Departments should ensure that they have staff available to continue processing their credit card deposits in a timely manner.
Winter Break Hours
Dec. 23 We will close to the public at 3:30 p.m.
Dec. 24-26 University Holidays
Dec. 27 Closed to the public; phone/email hours 8 a.m.-2 p.m.. Deposit processing: To drop off a deposit, please knock on the door immediately to the right of the teller windows.
Dec. 30 Closed to the public; phone/email hours 8 a.m.-2 p.m.. Deposit processing: To drop off a deposit, please knock on the door immediately to the right of the teller windows.
Dec. 31, 2013-Jan. 1, 2014 University Holidays
Jan. 2, 2014 Resume usual business hours
