You will need the appropriate Java settings to view the recording. See the Help section below.

If you have problems viewing the recording, it may be due to one of two issues with Java settings. One is your default program settings – covered in the article linked below.

If adjusting your settings doesn’t work, your second option is to try uninstalling and reinstalling Java.
