In support of the remanufactured toner cartridge initiative, I write to remind you that Staples Advantage warrants the Sustainable Earth toner cartridge shall be free of defects, assembly, material or workmanship for a period of time equal to the earlier of the life of the cartridge (toner depleted) or for one year from the date of purchase. Additionally, Staples further warrants that the toner cartridge, under normal use, will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any printer for which the cartridge was intended.
