All – Please remember:

  • Even if in-state travel is permitted under OSBM guidelines (related to delivery of classroom instruction, public safety or delivering direct care to patients or animals or economic development) it requires pre-approval on our campus. That means a request must be submitted BEFORE the trip occurs.
  • The restrictions on out-of-state travel are tighter. We may be granted approval for the same circumstances as above, but the request has to be pre-approved by OSBM. That means a request must be submitted BEFORE the trip occurs.

The requests should be well in advance of the trip to allow time for the required submissions and responses.  The guidelines cite the contacts for requesting the pre-approvals.

Best,
Roger
