Effective December 22, 2008, Kathi Wimmer will be joining Accounting Services as the Financial Accountant (position previously held by Scott Dwyer).
Many of you have worked closely with Kathi since 2007 in her role as Finance Training Coordinator. Prior to joining the University, Kathi worked for more than eight years in both state and private organizations. Kathi has also taught accounting, business and computer classes for Caldwell Community College. Kathi received her MS in Accountancy in 2000 from Virginia Polytechnic Institute (Virginia Tech). In her new role, Kathi will continue the strong leadership and service that departments have come to expect.
The Finance Training Coordinator position has been posted. We ask for your patience during this transition period as we work to maintain the high level of customer service and support for financial systems.
