  • CLARIFICATION! eProcurement Purchases:  As noted in the year-end deadlinesmemo, June 19 is the last day the Vendor Catalog vendors can electronically submit invoices that will be paid with fiscal year 2015 dollars.  E-Procurement purchases can continue to be made after 5 p.m. June 19, but will then be paid from fiscal year 2016 budget.  There is no suspension in purchasing or service for e-Procurement.
  • REMINDER! Year-End Deadlines:  Please use the memo and checklist as a guide during this first year-end close!  Remember that there is not one month-end close date for June, but rather there are a series of month- and year-end close dates.
