We are working to resolve a sign-in issue with the new surplus property management system (SPMS) and are postponing the new system launch until the issue is successfully resolved. However, the new training manual for SPMS is online and available to review. It includes how to search, create and approve requests and tips for submitting and approving items. The manual even contains instructions for how to use the context-sensitive help videos within the SPMS system.
