It provides detailed information about the Special Leave Provision in effect from March 16 – March 31 and TIM and specifically about updating timecards in the previous pay period, March 16 – March 29 that will be signed off this week at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31.

Annual Bonus 2018 Adjustment Reminder

January 14, 2020

In order to process the Bonus 2018 Adjustment for calendar year 2019, any unsigned off December timecards will be signed off by Payroll at 6:00 p.m. tomorrow night, January 15th.  Bonus 2018 Adjustment hours will be applied in TIM by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 16th.

TIM Notification Message

Some TIM users are reporting a warning message that says “Could not connect to Notifications Server. You may not receive live notifications”. This warning message is not causing any data-related issues and users should simply click on the OK button if they see the message. The technical group is currently working to resolve this.

Brief TIM Outage 6:30 – 9:30 p.m., Monday, Nov. 4

There will be a brief TIM Outage from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 4 for routine maintenance. Users will not be able to log into TIM or use TeleTime during the outage. Employees using Badge Terminals should continue to swipe in and out for hours worked during the outage.
