In August of 2019, we began paying mandatory student fees on behalf of our graduate students. Since that time the full amount of mandatory student fees has been provided to all eligible graduate students.

This memorandum is the annual reminder regarding requests for interdepartmental fees and charges. In accordance with the Campus Interdepartmental Fees & Charges (IF&C) policies and procedures, requests for new interdepartmental fees, revisions to existing interdepartmental fees, and the elimination of interdepartmental fees that will go into effect during Fiscal Year 2019-20 must be submitted to the IF&C Committee no later than Friday, September 28, 2018.
Facilities Services’ billing rates are adjusted annually effective with the end of the June billing cycle. The materials and contract rates will remain unchanged. The labor and fixed charge billing rate changes are shown in Attachments A and B of the Facilities Services Fiscal Year Rates. Of note, the overtime billing rate will remain unchanged at a 20% mark-up over the standard shop billing rate.
