The Student Administration applications of ConnectCarolina are being upgraded and the upgrade requires an outage of all parts of ConnectCarolina:  Student Administration, Finance, HR/Payroll administrative and self-service applications.

The University has continued to increase options for employees’ convenient online access to their tax forms through ConnectCarolina Self Service. As an extra layer of security, the University implemented 2-Step Verification to further safeguard employees’ personal information.

On October 5, UNC-Chapel Hill will implement 2-Step Verification, a process designed to secure and safeguard personal information and vital University data and credentials. At a time when phishing scams are becoming ever more frequent on our campus, this enhancement is part of our ongoing work to ensure that personal and University information remains secured and protected.

Beginning tomorrow, users that originate actions using the ePAR forms in ConnectCarolina will notice a change in the way that the Funding End Date field is populated on the chartfield string.
