On Friday, Feb. 28, the Concur Travel booking tool will be updated to the new travel booking experience. This update will be automatic, with no downtime anticipated for the transition. Users will see the update in the web-based version of Concur and the SAP Concur Mobile App.

What’s New and Different

Please refer to our PDF document for a few highlights and differences between the new booking experience and the legacy experience. This information is subject to change as Concur continues to roll out system improvements. Travel Services will provide updates regarding these improvements as they are released.

Demonstration of the new booking experience

The recording of the live demonstration presented on Feb. 20 is available on the Travel Services website. Users are also welcome to join the Concur Support Desk drop-in office hours on Thursday, Feb. 27, from 2-3 p.m. to see a live demonstration. No registration is required.
