Updated Logos for P-Cards and T&E Cards

On Nov. 7, 2024, the UNC System Office published a new regulation governing Purchasing Card and Travel Card programs. This regulation requires that cards show the institution’s name, accountholder name and institutional logo, indicating that they are for official use only.

In collaboration with Bank of America and the Finance & Operations Service Center of Excellence, Payment Card Services has designed new logos for our Purchasing Card (P-Card) and Travel Card (T&E Card) programs. These logos moved into production on Feb. 19, 2025, and will be utilized for all new cards, replacement cards and renewal cards moving forward. Existing cards showing the old logos are still valid and will only be updated upon expiration or if the card needs to be replaced due to being lost or stolen.
