As departments begin working on summer salary lump sum ePARS, they should visit hr.unc.edu/academic-personnel/compensation/summer to download the latest version of the Summer Salary Calculator. The current version on the website has been updated for Summer 2025, and departments may encounter errors if they use the 2024 version.
As a reminder, the current version of the calculator is a mandatory attachment for summer salary lump sum payments.
