We are pleased to announce continued Concur virtual drop-in office hours and business officer trainings for Spring 2025.

Business Office Training

Business officers, Accounting Technicians, Administrative Support users, approvers, delegates and Concur users at UNC-Chapel Hill should register in Carolina Talent for this in-depth expense training.

The training is offered on the following dates for Spring 2025:

  • Thursday, Jan. 16, 8:30 – 10 a.m.
    • Rebecca Spanos will be in attendance to introduce upcoming changes for Non-Hotel Lodging approvals and process for Travel Team expense report questions.
  • Thursday, Feb. 20, 8:30 – 10 a.m.
  • Thursday, March 20, 8:30 – 10 a.m.
  • Thursday, April 24, 8:30 – 10 a.m.
  • Thursday, May 22, 8:30 – 10 a.m.

Drop-in Office Hours

For all levels of Concur users at UNC-Chapel Hill with an active Concur profile. Registration is not required. Office Hours will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. via  Zoom.
