Purchasing Services is excited to announce that UNC-Chapel Hill has partnered with ezCater to assist with work-related food ordering. ezCater is a convenient one-stop marketplace for local caterers, restaurants and nationwide chains. You can use ezCater to place food orders for any meeting size, from small teams to large events.

To get started with your UNC-Chapel Hill order, create your UNC-Chapel Hill profile in the ezCater app and add your department P-Card or T&E Card. P-Card holders will need to continue following reconciliation procedures using BOA Works.
T&E Cardholders can add ezCater from the Concur App Center. To sync your accounts to the Concur home page, click on the Home drop-down list and select App Center. Type in the category ‘Food,’ then tap the ezCater tile. Follow the prompts to complete the connection. E-receipts and transaction details will then be forwarded immediately into Concur for easy reconciliation.
