NEW! December Month-End Close Deadlines: Validated campus journal entries and data collect batches (journal imports) should be received by Accounting Services by close of business
(5 p.m.) on Friday, December 23. Please remember that accounting will not receive the journal entries until the journal has been budget checked valid and has passed through all required approvals (including OSP, if necessary).

NEW! ConnectCarolina Classes Scheduled January  – June 2023: The Continuous Improvement, Staff Development and Engagement Team still offers Finance ConnectCarolina classes. Register for a training or go to and click on the training tab for more information.

Excel Classes Scheduled for January – June 2023: The Continuous Improvement, Staff Development and Engagement Team is still continuing to offer the Excel Classes, and registration is open.

NEW! Campus Deposit Deadlines for Calendar Year 2022: Due to winter break, Monday, Dec. 26, 2022, through Monday, Jan. 2, 2023, the usual month-end processing of cash, checks, credit card and electric payments submitted through the Cashier’s Office need to be adjusted. Please see the Nov. 29 memo for details.

NEW! Payroll Schedules Reminder: Due to upcoming holidays, December payroll schedules are compressed. Please see notes on calendar adjustments as well as other important end-of-year information on the 2022 Calendar End Payroll Dates posting.

NEW! Ram Reports: The PI Dashboard in InfoPorte will be decommissioned on Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2023. Functionality will transition to RAM Reports.
