What do I need to do?
- Login in to the Concur Travel System, click the Profile dropdown at the top right and select Profile Settings.
- Under Frequent-Traveler Programs, enter your Southwest Rapid Rewards Number
- Once your profile is complete, see attached for how to enter!
How do I get a Southwest Rapid Rewards Number?
- If you do not have a Southwest Rapid Rewards® account, you may sign up for one on Southwest’s website
What are Rapid Rewards® Points?
- Rapid Rewards® Points can be redeemed for tickets on Southwest Airlines®; any seat, any time!
- There are no blackout dates and points don’t expire
- Earn points every time you fly on Southwest!
The contest is open to all UNC-Chapel Hill employees: please distribute this information within your unit/department at your earliest convenience. 1 winner will be randomly selected to receive Rapid Rewards® Points each week during the Sweepstakes period from now until 9/30/2022. 2 winners will be randomly selected at the end of the contest period to receive round-trip air travel.
