NEW! November Month-End Close: Central offices have officially closed for the month of November. This includes the transmission and reconciliation of all November transactions, and state approval to close the month.
NEW! December Month-End Close Deadlines: Validated campus journal entries and data collect batches (journal imports) should be received by Accounting Services by close of business (5 p.m.) on Thursday, Dec. 23. Please remember that accounting will not receive the journal entries until the journal has been budget checked valid and has passed through all required approvals (including OSR, if necessary).

ConnectCarolina Finance Outage, Friday, Dec. 10 at 5 p.m. – Saturday, Dec. 11 at 10 p.m. for a System Upgrade: on Friday, Dec. 10 at 5:00 p.m. through Saturday, Dec. 11 at 10 p.m. ConnectCarolina Student Admin and Human Resources will still be available, along with TIM and all the other systems you usually access through ConnectCarolina. NEW! Payment Confirmations in Concur: Starting Dec. 7, payment confirmation emails will be available in Concur if travelers update their Expense Preference section of their Concur profile. To find out how to update your settings, see the Dec. 6 memo.
NEW!< Payment Options and Features in GradStar: Starting Dec. 3, new features have been added to GradStar for non-monetary/pre-paid awards and Cost of Attendance increase requests. For details, see the Dec. 3 memo.
NEW! GSHIP Winter Announcement: a reminder that students who are graduating, withdrawing, or no longer working need to be terminated in ConnectCarolina before Friday, Dec. 17 and new RAs or Tas need to have their paperwork in by Wednesday, Dec. 15. See the Nov. 30 memo for details.
