In response to important feedback received from campus, Travel Services and the Service Center of Excellence have updated the Concur Computer-Based Trainings located in Carolina Talent to allow users to freely navigate through the content. Once users have accessed the trainings, they’ll be able to select the topic from the left-hand menu which they want to learn about:
For users who have not yet begun the training, or for users who have fully completed the training, the open navigation will be available the next time you access the content.
For users who are currently in progress: open navigation will be available for sections already viewed and will continue to update as you progress through the training. As full completion of the training is required to count toward your CarolinaTalent Transcript and the Travel CREW Badge, we did not want to wipe out any progress already achieved.
Some users may have received a notification this morning that they have been assigned a Concur training by Cortney Alston. If you have already completed the referenced training, you may ignore this notification. This communication occurred as a result of the training update.
Access to the Concur User Guides, Quick Reference Cards, and Computer-Based Trainings are all available on the Concur page of the Travel Services website. Please share this important update with all Concur Users in your area.
