There will be a brief TeleTime Outage from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 16 for a TeleTime system upgrade. The TIM system will be online and employees will be able to log into TIM and swipe in and out of Badge Terminals. Only TeleTime users will not be able to call in during the outage.
The TeleTime system upgrade is a technical update and will not affect how TeleTime users utilize the system. Please call 919-962-HELP (4357) if you need assistance with TeleTime.
