The attached FFCRA and Admin Leave Calculator Post June 1 has been enhanced to assist TIM Administrators with determining FFCRA hours as well as the two-thirds and one-third hours for a part-time employee or for an employee who worked on a day with a two-thirds provision- Administrative Absence, AA – Elder Care, or FFCRA. It will also show the amount to enter in an ePAR Dock in Pay for Exempt employees who elect to not use their leave hours for the one- third amount. Instructions for using the enhanced calculator are provided on the second tab.
The COVID-19 and TIM Update June 3rd document emailed yesterday is also attached for your reference.
