Adverse Weather TIM Reminders
Please review carefully the attached document, ‘Adverse Weather TIM Reminders, February 2020’.
Adverse Weather Conditions Declared
- Condition 1 (Reduced Operations) on Thursday, Feb. 20 from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
- Condition 2 (Suspended Operations) from 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 20 until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 21
- Condition 1 (Reduced Operations) from 10:00 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 21
The University moved to Regular Operations at 12:00 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22
- No Adverse Weather pay codes can be used during Condition 1.
- Both TIM Administrators and Managers have access to the Adverse Weather Condition 2 pay codes in TIM.
- Do not select the Adverse Weather Condition 3 pay code in TIM. The only exception would be if there were employees who worked at an offsite location for which that the University declared Condition 3.
