1218.1 Procedure on Determining Vendor Documentation is getting some updates in anticipation of some upcoming changes with the Vendor Portals. As a part of this process, 1218.1.3f will now be called Supplier Application Form (HUB).  It was formerly the Vendor Master File Record Form and is noted on the Procedure and Policy pages. 1218.1.1rd Guidelines for Vendor Documentation has also been updated to reflect this name change.
