Top Issues

NEW!  July Month-End Close Deadline: Validated campus journal entries and data collect batches (journal imports) should be received by Accounting Services by close of business
(5 p.m.) Wednesday, July 31. Please remember that accounting will not receive the journal entries until the journal has been budget checked valid and has passed through all required approvals (including OSR, if necessary).

NEW!  Fisher Scientific catalogue is back up and running: Due to a fire at Fisher Scientific Data Center last week, the punchout catalog was down.  Operations were repaired late Friday evening, On June 28 and all B2B website operations are back up and running.

NEW! Airgas and Arc3 Deliveries over the Fourth of July Holiday: Please note that both Airgas and Arc3 will be closed for the July 4 holiday.  Airgas delivered dry ice on Monday but will not be delivering on Thursday. They will resume regular service on Monday, July 8.  Arc 3 will also be closed for the holiday but will resume normal operating hours on Friday, July 5.  For more information, see the June 28 memo.
