Please note the following delivery and operational dates for Airgas and Arc3. Your action is required in some cases.
Airgas

Airgas will be closed Monday and Tuesday, Dec. 24-25, 2018. Dry ice will be delivered only on Friday, Dec. 27 during that week.
Airgas will be closed Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019. Dry ice will be delivered Monday, Dec. 31, 2018 and Thursday, Jan. 3, 2019, during that week.
If you need dry ice to be delivered on Friday, Dec. 27 and/or Monday, Dec. 31, please place your order now and include your delivery date.
Cylinders will be delivered as usual on all days other than Dec. 24-25 and Jan. 1.
Any order received by 5 p.m. will be delivered the next business day Airgas is open.
Arc3
Arc3 will be closed Monday and Tuesday, Dec. 24-25, 2018, and Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019.
Arc3 will deliver cylinders on Wednesday – Friday, Dec. 26, 27 and 28, and Monday, Dec. 31, but please make sure to add your phone number and building name and room number in the header comment section and check “send to vendor.”
For both vendors
If they are open for business and the University is closed, they will work with you to ensure they have access to the campus building and room for the delivery if one is requested. For orders that will require special building and room access while the University is closed, it is critical that you include contact information about how you can be reached in the comment section of your order. They will call you to coordinate entry to buildings/rooms so they can make the delivery. The University will be closed on these days: Dec. 24-Jan. 1, 2019.
