Subject: Update Timecards in TIM

Due to the possibility of a weather event, please ask your employees and managers to go ahead and make sure that Biweekly timecards are up to date.

  • The Biweekly sign off deadline next week, Tuesday, Dec. 11 at 5:00 p.m. cannot be moved due to an early Payroll Biweekly confirmation.  If needed, Payroll will sign off any timecards in TIM that have not been signed off by the deadline.
  • For EHRA Monthly employees that are terminating in December, please make sure Applied Termination hours have been entered in their December timecards in TIM by the deadline, Monday, Dec. 10 at 5:00 p.m.
  • The EHRA Monthly sign off of the previous pay period (November) is the 15th of each month, December 15 at 5:00 p.m.

TIM Is Online

FYI, TIM will continue to be online.  It is not impacted by the ConnectCarolina outage starting today.
