The University has changed the Condition declared earlier this week to Condition 3.  Although this was not a weather event, you will use the Adverse Weather pay codes in TIM.

Please review carefully the attached document, ‘Condition 3 Closure and TIM November 2018’ for important information about Condition 3 (Closure) and TIM.

The memo, HR Officers: Condition 3 Approved for Monday Nov. 5 & Tuesday Nov. 6, 2018‘ sent to HR Officers today is also attached for your information.  A Formal Notice is also being sent out today.

Condition Declared

  • Condition 3 (Closure) from 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 5 until 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 6

Please Note:

  • Both TIM Administrators and Managers have been given access to the Adverse Weather Cond III Closed> pay code in TIM.
  • You must not select the Adverse Weather Cond II Owed> pay code during Condition 3.  Please make sure the Adverse Weather Cond II Owed pay code has been removed from timecards if it was added previously.
