Starting with the next Customer Billing Management (CBM) data file submission, which is estimated to be imported on Monday, March 19, 2018, charges from UNC Police for “Police and Security Guard Services” will now be processed by the Finance and Operations Service Center for Excellence.
As an enhancement, backup will now be available in Bill Presentation, so copies will no longer be sent to customers via Campus Mail. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the Service Center for Excellence Accounting Staff: Lisa Hierman at 919-966-5739 or Toni Horton at 919-962-2412.
These changes were made to improve internal customer billing while providing a more efficient method to process, submit and report transactions in compliance with University policies.
