Please be aware that Enterprise Rental Car (ENT) charges to campus have experienced a delay.  Unfortunately, we recently became aware that billings dating back to the second half of October 2017 have not been charged through Customer Billing Management (CBM).  The Service Center of Excellence (SCE) is working diligently to get these charges current. As such, you can expect to see your October 2017 – January 2018 charges by the end of February.

We apologize for the delay and appreciate your understanding while we work to ensure the process is smooth and occurs timely going forward. As a reminder, you will receive Enterprise Rental Car bills twice per month due to their billing cycle that runs for 15 days.
