Even though W-2s were made available to employees via self-service on January 12, the University remains legally obligated to distribute paper W-2s to employees by January 31. If your department has not already done so, please pick up your paper W-2s from Payroll Services between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 31.
