As a reminder, effective February 1, 2018, your budget isn’t going to be affected until a voucher or a purchase requisition has been approved completely. This also means that transactions won’t show up as expenses until after they’ve been approved. This change only applies to campus vouchers, eProcurement orders (such as Staples or Fisher Scientific), and purchase requisitions.
