Subject: Mandatory TIM Upgrade Training for TIM Administrators
TIM Upgrade training classes for TIM Administrators will be held from Wednesday, October 12 through Thursday, October 20 in AOB, 104 Airport Drive, Room 3101.
All active TIM Administrators are required to attend a TIM upgrade TIM Administrator training class.
In this class you will learn how to:
- Navigate the Upgraded TIM System
- Manage Timecards
- Perform Historical Corrections (the new name for historical edits)
- Process Pay Period Close
You must be an active TIM Administrator to attend this training, and you may register for and attend only one class. If the class you prefer to attend is full, you should go ahead and register for another class. You can check the registration site periodically in case a slot opens up in the class you prefer to attend. Make sure you cancel the other class you are registered for, as you may register for only one class.
Due to the number of people who need training, only TIM Administrators can attend these classes.
