Fiscal Year 2016 budget information has now been established in the ConnectCarolina HR/Payroll system.  HR/Payroll users may proceed with entering HR actions that include compensation and/or funding and are effective 7/1/15 or later.

Any such HR actions which were entered in the last few weeks, before FY2016 budgets were loaded, were stopping at the Integration Broker.  These actions have now been pushed through to completion.
