The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is looking to fill five positions to serve as senior PeopleSoft Financials Business Analysts. The positions will focus on the Financials domain of the ERP (ConnectCarolina) project. The bulk of day-to-day work will be in completion of system configuration and system testing for the core Financials Management System modules. The roles will work with Business Analysts and consultants to ensure they have an integrated solution across all Financial Management System (FMS) and Human Resources (HR) modules. The positions will serve as advocates for user constituents and promote acceptance of new processes and systems.

The positions will identify high level business and information system requirements and lead efforts to evaluate functionality and develop strategies. The positions will also negotiate resolutions of conflicting requirements and will recommend business process changes where applicable. The positions would act as a functional resource for technology development requests, including projects, enhancements, upgrades, patches, break fixes, and related areas within the Financials Management, Supplier Relationship Management and Enterprise Services Automation modules.

Areas of specialization include: General Ledger and Accounts Receivable (position #s 00062249 and 00062247); Procurement and Accounts Payable (position #s 00062250 and 00062251); and Grants, Contracts, and Projects (position # 00062252).

Budgeted Hiring Range – $75,000-$100,000 (“Actual starting salary commensurate with qualifications.”)
