Please review “Holiday TIM Payroll Close Schedules 2014-2015,” which includes detailed information about the upcoming SPA Biweekly and EPA Monthly payroll close schedules. For your reference, page 3 includes a table of all of the deadlines.
TIM sign off deadlines that have been changed are because of the upcoming Thanksgiving, Winter Break and New Year’s Holidays and the corresponding early paydays.
There are a few biweekly pay periods when the sign off deadlines have been moved up. However, those early deadlines are required in order to ensure timely payment.
- In order to process payroll timely, ALL deadlines will be strictly enforced.
- Employee and Manager Approval deadlines may need to be modified when the sign off deadline has been changed. This is determined by Department management and should be communicated to your employees and managers in advance.
- Payroll will sign off any timecards that have not been signed off by the deadline. Going forward, you will not have extra time after the biweekly or monthly sign off deadlines to edit timecards in TIM.
