Below are some reminders and information related to TIM and the upcoming ConnectCarolina HR/Payroll implementation for your review.

EPA August Timecard Sign Off Deadline Reminder

Tuesday, Sept. 23, at 10 a.m. – The EPA sign-off deadline has been moved up by two days to 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 23, in order for TIM to reflect the new ConnectCarolina data.

TIM Downtime Reminder

Tuesday, Sept. 23, between noon and 2 p.m. – We expect that TIM will have an outage lasting approximately 2 hours tomorrow afternoon, Sept. 23, between noon and 2 p.m. You should notify employees and managers of the outage.

ConnectCarolina Data in TIM

Wednesday, Sept. 24 – TIM is expected to import ConnectCarolina data on Wednesday, Sept. 24 in order for TIM to reflect the new data for Biweekly 06. The exact time is still to be determined.  These changes will be transparent for most employees.

After the ConnectCarolina HR and new department data have been imported into TIM, it will not be possible to edit the HR data (department, reports to, position, FTE, etc.) you see in TIM. Edits can be made in ConnectCarolina the following week, when users are granted access. Please also note that TeleTime and TIM Administrator access requests cannot be processed until later next week as well.

Please contact your HR Officer, School/Division HR Department, or UBC with any questions about the new ConnectCarolina data you see in TIM or any issues you need to report. TIM Support will not be able to assist you with editing ConnectCarolina data.
