As previously conveyed in communications concerning cutover plans for the transition to PeopleSoft Financials, the ePro Vendor Catalog system will be down beginning on 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 26, and continuing through and including Tuesday, Sept. 30. Please process any orders for supplies you may need over this four-day outage through the ePro system in advance of the referenced 5 p.m. system cutoff. If you have an emergency need that is critical for operations during this four-day outage, please contact Bernard Law, Director of Purchasing Services, at 919-962-3774, or Martha Pendergrass, Director of Procurement Services, at 919-843-5048 to facilitate the purchase of critical supplies.
