As we prepare for the coming launch of ConnectCarolina Finance and HR/Payroll, we will decrease the occurrence of legacy (current) system trainings and accompanying non-system trainings. Customer support for legacy systems will continue as usual until go-live, but classroom trainings on these systems will phase out, except where noted on the linked list. This updated list takes into account the October go-live timeframe.

University staff who begin employment this summer may need to partner with someone in their unit who can mentor them with day-to-day activities until go-live in October. This will be necessary as our training staff shift their focus to ConnectCarolina training needs.

The attached document lists the hard stops for current offerings, with one significant change for this year. Our current quarterly Finance Division Workshops for New University Employees will instead be a series of webinars hosted by Finance staff. The goal is to record the webinars for on-demand use by new University employees. Look for more information on our first webinar in the coming months.
