Governor Pat McCrory recently directed all State agencies to implement spending restrictions for the remainder of FY 2012-13. We have received clarification from the Office of State Budget and Management that the University System is included in this directive.

This directive applies to General Fund appropriations for salary adjustments, travel and purchasing transactions, and will remain in effect until June 30, 2013.
