As part of this year’s Annual Raise Process (ARP) for EPA employees, we will need to bring the Budget Management System (BMS) offline in order to update the budget and employee data.

Access to BMS will be suspended starting at 8 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 27. The system will be back online for normal processing as of 8 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2. If we are able to bring the system back online prior to that time, or in the event we have to extend the outage window, Business Managers will be alerted via email.

Please note that ARP budget information will be loaded to your FRS accounts on Tuesday, Oct. 2.
