Effective July 1, 2012, the special salary increase restrictions and pre-approvals mandated as part of last year’s State Budget Act have now been discontinued. This means that we will return to the salary increase policies that were in place prior to the special budget restrictions, with a few minor changes. This linked memo contains some specific highlights and reminders, since we have not used these procedures in some time and since some of the forms will be changing.
